What SnapBgone Provides

SnapBgone provides AI-generated pricing suggestions and marketplace listing text based on photos you upload. All prices and descriptions are estimates — they are not guarantees of sale price or item value.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload photos of items you own or have the right to sell
Not use SnapBgone for any unlawful purpose
Verify pricing and listing details before posting to any marketplace
Comply with the terms of any marketplace where you post a listing (eBay, Facebook, Mercari, etc.)

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated prices and descriptions may be inaccurate. SnapBgone is a tool to assist you — not a substitute for your own research. We are not responsible for any financial outcome resulting from use of our pricing suggestions.

Intellectual Property

SnapBgone and its branding are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant SnapBgone a temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your listing.

Limitation of Liability

SnapBgone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of SnapBgone after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
